Design of a new four bedroom detached colonial style house on a hill side site. This scheme is in hurricane proof reinforced concrete frame construction with natural limestone walls to the ground and first floors and traditional weather boarding to the second floor.

The part ground floor has a double garage. The first floor has four double bedrooms (two with en-suite) and a family bathroom. The second floor has a kitchen, wc and open plan living/dining area opening out onto a deck to gain views over the island. The roof has an observation cupola of Bahamian style to gain vistas to the Caribbean.
