CHESTNUT GRANGE, CORSHAM - An office extension built to exacting standards to match the appearance of existing construction.

REDLAND, BRISTOL - Two storey side and rear extension, including integral garage, associated internal alterations to the existing house, interior design and hard landscaping details to a 1930's semi detatched house. This provided the client with a new integral garage, dining room, extended kitchen and bathroom, two additional bedrooms and a wc/shower room. Full Service.

PENLEIGH, CORSHAM - Two storey side extension, above and behind an existing garage to a 1970's detached house to provide a larger kitchen and two additional bedrooms.

WINSLEY ROAD, BRADFORD ON AVON, WILTSHIRE.
Demolition of a an existing single storey front extension and construction of a new two storey and single storey lead flat roof extension all in reconstructed stone with feature quoins and mullion windows.

NEWLANDS HOUSE, CORSHAM, WILTSHIRE.
Design of an orangery, first floor extension, feature entrance porch and a self contained annexe to a 1970's timber framed detached house.

CHEW HOUSE, CHEW MAGNA, NORTH EAST SOMERSET.
Large two storey side extension to a country house that was originally four cottages, plus demolition of a 1970's double garage and construction of a single storey self contained annexe.

GEORGE TOWN, GREAT EXUMA, THE BAHAMAS.
Design of a new four bedroom detached colonial style house on a hill side site. This scheme is in hurricane proof reinforced concrete frame construction with natural limestone walls to the ground and first floors and traditional weather boarding to the second floor. The part ground floor has a double garage. The first floor has four double bedrooms (two with en-suite) and a family bathroom. The second floor has a kitchen, wc and open plan living/dining area opening out onto a deck to gain views over the island. The roof has an observation cupola of Bahamian style to gain vistas to the Caribbean.

BRADFORD ROAD, CORSHAM, WILTSHIRE.
Design of a new three storey, two bedroom, detached house with integral ground floor garage, all in reconstructed stone.

AVON CLOSE, BRADFORD ON AVON, WILTSHIRE.
Conversion of the roof space of a1930's Bath stone bungalow to provide a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and conversion of half of the existing double garage into a music room plus rear garden patio and a feature barbeque. The front gable to have feature cedar cladding and a matching new garage door.

JUNCTION ROAD, BRADFORD ON AVON, WILTSHIRE.
Demolition of an existing lean-to rear extension on a large Victorian Bath stone terraced house and construction of a new extension to current Building Regulations. The project was to provide a dining room with electrically operated rooflights, Scandinavian sliding folding doors opening out onto a new courtyard level with the dining room. A dining room wine cupboard, external store, refurbishment on the existing kitchen including an opening pyramid rooflight, a new ground floor family bathroom and a utility room. The dining room and kitchen to have underfloor heating and finished with Brazilian slate flooring which also extended out into the courtyard.

PICKWICK ROAD, CORSHAM, WILTSHIRE.
A full width, two storey, rear extension to a detached house Victorian house in render with a natural slate roof pitched roof. The scheme provided on the ground floor for a new kitchen and family room both with under floor heating and on the first floor two additional bedrooms. The project also included repositioning the staircase in the existing house, associated internal alterations and a new detached cedar garage.

New lead flat roof kitchen extension with large conservation roof light and associated refurbishments to the existing house and outbuilding.

SADLERS MEAD, CHIPPENHAM.
Renovation and extension of a 1950's detached house. Two storey and single storey rear extensions to provide a home office, kitchen and dining area, two additional double bedrooms, one with en-suite and a rear raised patio.

COLTS GREEN, OLD SODBURY, SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE.
Two storey side extension in face brickwork with a slate pitched roof and associated internal alterations to a 1904 railway cottage. The scheme provided on the ground floor a entrance lobby, hall, stairs, toilet, lounge and first floor, additional bedroom and bathroom.

Single storey rear extension in render with a glazed roof to a 1920's semi detached house to provide additional space to the kitchen and dining room.

TOP LANE, WHITLEY, WILTSHIRE.
Single storey front extension in reconstructed stone with a concrete interlocking tile pitched roof to a 1960's bungalow to provide a self contained annexe.

QUARRY WAY, NAILSEA, NORTH SOMERSET.
Two storey side extension to a 1960's semi detached house in render and concrete interlocking tile pitched roof. The scheme provided on the ground floor shower/wc and additional space to the existing kitchen, first floor extensions to the bathroom and third bedroom and a computer workstation area.
